Unfortunately some people mistakenly think that their happiness depend on people else such as a lover or a family or even a friend and they can not be happy if they are not there, which opens the door for others to abuse you and your feeling.

The truth is that your happiness in the first place depends on you and only you. It is all within you, you who choose to be happy and you who choose to be not, so you need to learn how to choose and deal with life, and your own thoughts, to have the right attitude.

Once you find your happiness within yourself … No one will or can take it from you.
