On of the most common things that you can notice nowadays is that some people try to put other people down and make them feel worthless.
Once they let them feel less or put them down, they find themselves in place of defending themselves to prove that they are not that way.
Those poor people may also surrender to their opinion and start to think they are worthless and they deserve nothing and so on.
So those people abuse others who have no confident on themselves. This is what i have noticed at least for me.
Make sure to know we all are humans, we all do mistakes, we all did and are doing bad things, life doesn’t come with manual, we learn and grow by making mistakes, our past doesn’t define who we are now.
No one has the right to judge you, no one wears your shoes and been through what you been through.
You are good, you are enough, you don’t have to prove to anyone anything to anyone.
Who want you should accept you the way you are.
